Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a gyn in the Lancaster area you can do no better then the Foundry. Great equipment that all feels smooth and great on the joint while putting the tension strictly on the muscle. The gym is very clean with towels and spray to wipe everything down. And the owners are very friendly and knowledgeable and always happy to help. Being 24/7 is huge too since most gyms are closed on holidays or when I need to get my evening cardio in. Would highly recommend for a competitive bodybuilder like myself or sometime just trying to tone up for the summer.
