Fantastic experience: Absolutely LOVE Lakewood Hot Yoga! Not only is the studio clean, inviting, & comfortable, but the instructors are amazing! I always feel empowered after classes led by Justin or Mariah and look forward to practicing with them each week. I also appreciate the variety of classes and how they are offered at different times of day that easily fit into my schedule. If you haven’t tried a class at Lakewood Hot Yoga- you’re missing out!

Fantastic experience: My favorite place to do yoga. I am still very new in yoga, and I have been at different yoga studios, but this one is by far my favorite because classes are not overcrowded so you can see the yoga teacher when demonstrating the poses. The yoga teachers/instructors are always welcoming, friendly and the place is always clean. I don’t feel lost when I go to this studio and I am learning new yoga poses. Love the studio’s atmosphere and the yoga teachers pace. My body and mind are always relax after a class.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been doing Yoga at Lakewood Hot Yoga studio for a few weeks now. We enjoy all classes. Our favorite class though is Yin Class with Justin on Friday and Sunday night. I love that he coprates Crystal Singing Bowl in the class. I feel so relaxed and its super nice to unwind at the end of the week. Everyone at the studio is very nice and helpful. The studio is small but very well decorated and clean. We love it here. Fantastic experience: I have been to so many yoga classes with Justin at other studio's and when I found out he was going to be part owner in another studio I was completely stoked! He has a vibe that get me rooted in the yogic experience. I absolutely love his vibe and will be going to his classes for many years to come! Thanks for all the amazing classes, great conversation, and guidance throughout the years Justin!

Fantastic experience: After I was invited to try out Lakewood Hot Yoga, I was hooked. I live in West Seattle and I've come to realize that gifted yoga instructors like Justin are a true gift to the practice of yoga. It's my weekly must now to go to Lakewood Hot Yoga studio, as I feel my growth not only physically but spiritually! Justin welcomes everyone that walks in the studio warmly, and puts his heart and soul into teaching every pose correctly and gracefully at their own pace. You'll always receive tons of guidance and words of love and support with Justin during his classes. This is music to your ears as your encouraged to let go, push yourself and feel stronger then before you walked in. I always look forward to my next class and the cold peppermint lavender towels that Justin hands out after each class feel like the sweetest party favor! The Zen clean studio, with two bathrooms and a shower is also especially nice.
