Fantastic experience: What an awesome gym! Great coaches, welcoming community, and an awesome spot! Sad I won’t be here all the time but can’t wait to drop in when I’m home!

Fantastic experience: So happy I moved here and call this gym home! The community is awesome, the coaches are awesome, and the workouts are nice and challenging.

Fantastic experience: Josh and Kayla are amazing coaches and always welcome my wife and I as drop ins when we are in town. We are treated like members even though we only make it down a few times a year. The facility is awesome with an abundance of Echo bikes, rig space and floor space. Lena is about 4 times the size of our CrossFit gym in IL, but it still feels like a family environment. Best gym around, no question about it! We’ll continue to be pseudo-Lena members as long as they’ll have us. ????????????????

Fantastic experience: I travel a lot for work so I’ve dropped in at many boxes and this is by far one of my favorites. The coaches and members were all very welcoming and helpful. The facility was also huge and well kept. If you’re looking for a place to drop in while traveling or a new gym to call home I highly recommend giving CF Lena a try.

Fantastic experience: So impressed! dropped in for a week and will definitely be returning every time I am in town. Coaches are amazing, members are friendly and welcoming, and the space is large with plenty of rigs and equipment. The facility is clean with nice restrooms/locker rooms. Looking forward to returning!
