CrossFit^® Oviedo

Fantastic experience: My husband and I really enjoy going to CrossFit Oviedo together! The coaches are great, the community is welcoming, and workouts are always different to keep you growing in fitness! Whether you’re looking to get in shape or up-level where you are at, this is a great place to start. We are all at different points in our fitness journeys and different ages, encouraging each other!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience working out here. I bought a Groupon for a month and I got such a great experience that I am correcting my financial status so that I am able to workout here in the near future. The times I attended, the groups were decent sized meaning that the trainers focus on every single person and help them become better versions of themselves and become stronger. The owner and trainers make you feel like part of the family. The box is a comfortable size and you feel good working out with several people. I am very happy I found this Crossfit box even though it's a bit far from where I live but it is totally worth it. I had lots of fun. Will definitely plan to be here again soon!

Fantastic experience: My entire Famliy is Excited that our first intro to CrossFit was in this Gym. The Community they've created by being Personable, and exspecting the members to do so as well, maintains an atmosphere we Love coming back too. Love Our New Family, and the Workouts.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. David, the owner, is a great guy and is very good at what he does. The workouts are very intense, but they can be scaled to match your fitness level! Even with no experience, the team is right there to guide you along the whole time.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with awesome staff and members! Price can't be beat! Crossfit Oviedo is like my second family. No matter who's coaching, if I have questions or concerns they are always patient with me and willing to help. One of my favorite features of CrossFit is that every workout can be modified. Rep schemes, weight and time can all be altered for beginners. CrossFitters come in ALL shapes and sizes, and ages. I am a 40 year old mom and even after doing crossfit for a few years I still need to modify my work outs and that's ok. We are all there for the same purpose...to be healthier!
