Fantastic experience: A gym that is very diverse. Owners who will always listen to their members and coaches, so they can always get the best and be part of a community that accepts anyone. They’ve grown into an amazing gym with lots of different classes and support to anyone who is new to the fitness lifestyle. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: By far the best box I have ever been to in my life. Not only does this box make you feel so welcomed from the moment you step in, but all the coaches are truly dedicated to you and your fitness goals. The coaches are there with you every step of the way when you need them the most which is unfortunately hard to find these days. Every member is so welcoming that you feel like you’re truly working out with your family and not just strangers. Definitely a must try whether you’re visiting or living in the central Florida area!

Fantastic experience: Could not be more happy with this place! Was instantly welcomed by not only the coaching staff and management, but by the other members. While the exercise is challenging and will push you, there is a very laid-back and welcoming environment before and after the workouts. Management gives you plenty of time to get a feel for the place and determine if it is the right fit for you and they have plenty of membership options and a flexible workout schedule that can work for everyone! Truly am starting to love this place!
