Fantastic experience: Great coaches, and great workouts. Any workout can be scaled to where your current fitness level is and you will definitely progress while being there. Do yourself a favor and try at least once class, might just see it's not so scary after all and you are capable of A LOT. ????

Fantastic experience: GRCF is a wonderful place! The coaching is encouraging and supportive. The atmosphere is one of learning and growth. Anyone can do this. Every single workout can be scaled or modified to accommodate any injury or skill level. I cannot recommend this place enough!
