Fantastic experience: I have been working with Susan and her great team at Be Fit since 2011 as a seasonal client. Every summer when I leave for the north, I face the same challenges everyone does, and revert backwards from all the progress I made over the winter months. This summer I attempted to try something new to maintain all the progress I made over the winter months. Susan and I tried a “Facetime Workout Program” two days a week for 30 minutes, and it is going strong! For three months, I have maintained the strength and great shape I was in when I left! It is so simple...with a set of 5lb, 10lb, and 15lb weights, along with a mat, I get a workout like I never thought was possible. No home gym is required! I have finally been able to say goodbye to all the excuses I used over the past five summers and feel I am in the same shape, if not better, than I was when I left in May! Who would have ever thought you could get the best workout ever with a cell phone, some weights, and Susan?!?!!? And what is even greater, it’s a super gift idea to give to your friends and family that are not physically located in Jupiter. Thank you Susan and Be Fit! You have given me a year round gift of feeling the best I ever have!
