It is all interconnected. Heavenly Bodies changes minds and bodies to change lives! And they do it EXCELENTLY! Only serious people need inquire! Fantastic experience: I do not have time for trainings now but when I did - I felt wonderful. I do not mean physically (that is more than logical), I mean emotionally - like I am treating my body the right way.
