Legacy 517

Fantastic experience: So my wife and I have been doing CrossFit here for 8 months now, and my children do Brazilian Ju Jitsu also. From the first time in the gym speaking to Elizabeth I felt like she actually cared about my fitness goals and wanted to help me achieve them. That mattered to me! Getting to know her and Josh along with the rest of the community has been fantastic! I had done CrossFit before but didn’t love the structure of where we were participating. Elizabeth and Josh care about their athletes and their progress so they have use a method of training designed to meet everyone where they are at and help them accordingly, and to me that is huge! I love these people and everything they have going on! Definitely recommend trying it if you’re looking for a new place to find community while getting fit!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about legacy. I won’t lie I was a little nervous coming in because I had heard rumors from past people but all I have seen since joining is a family of people who right off the bat treat you like one of their own. Josh Liz and the whole team push you to the best of your ability and are always open to answer as many questions as you can throw at them. The facility is absolutely phenomenal with a great story of how it came to be. This place literally has something for everyone. And it’s at an incredibly reasonable price I’ve been to gyms where they charge double to give you a mere fraction of what Legacy will offer you. If you are thinking about joining or are on the fence just come see for yourself. This place is where it’s at. Again cants say enough good things about this gym!

The class are fun, yet challenging, and trainers are extremely knowledgeable. The entire staff at Legacy 517 are so patient, and motivated to see you reach your fitness goals. Fantastic experience: My family is so grateful for Legacy jujitsu they are amazing! Josh and Liz has helped my son so much with everything. He loves going and learning Jujitsu and how to listen to others. He looks up to them so much. My husband also does jujitsu and it is amazing to watch how he lights up on jujitsu days it is refreshing that he likes to go do something since he is such an introvert. Thank you Legacy jujitsu for everything my family is so appreciative!!!
