Fantastic experience: I absolutely love working out at Lift. This is the first gym that I have been a member of where I feel that my individual fitness goals are valued. I love the welcoming environment, the flexibility and the kids room so that I can bring my daughters with me to workout. The workouts are challenging and it's a new workout everyday so I never get bored. Matt and Katie are amazing trainers! LOVE being a LIFTer!
