CrossFit^® Lutz

Positive experience: I live a block from this gym and attended once with my 17 year old son with full intentions of signing up to help him with some confidence and strength training. We were told that the 2 intro/safety classes were free and required for liability purposes and would be on a Thursday and again on the next Monday . The gentleman that was there was very warm and welcoming and refused money even though I tried to pay and tip him for the class. We left happy and looking forward to attending the next Monday class and purchasing our 150$ per month per person membership. (Which is 240$/month higher than the gym up the street for the 2 of us) Come Monday my son attempted to attended the second introductory class alone and was run off by the owner and was told that he needed to buy a full membership to be there. This gym clearly has plenty of business and isn’t interested In taking on new paying members. Although they advertise free introduction classes as a sales tactic it is our experience the owner does not value new clientele enough to follow through with the offer
