Fantastic experience: Great gym with awesome coaches, and athletes. All levels of athletes from new to advanced here.

Fantastic experience: Great workout this morning. My daughter and I haven't been going long but great experience so far. Coaches are awesome! The people you meet there are very encouraging and they help us newbies a lot. Could not have found a better place to get back in a healthy shape. Don't be afraid to try it, I thought this would never be something I did but now I'm hooked.

Fantastic experience: As someone who had not been in a crossfit gym in 6 years, this gym has been so great at helping me regain strength and endurance. The community and the people who go there is what makes the classes fun! Great music and I feel comfortable bringing my kids if I have to. All of the coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I dropped in last week for a workout. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up going back multiple times. The coaches were phenomenal and very helpful. Everyone there from coaches to members were welcoming and pushed us through the workouts. The wods were challenging and a lot of fun. If you are in town, I'd recommend you check this gym out. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: What I love most about CrossFit is the community, and camaraderie. No matter what gym you find yourself at, you will be welcomed with open arms. What my family, and I found at Lone Star CrossFit is a family. Being military affiliated, we are often far from loved ones. The moment I walked through the door, I became apart of the LS family. Not only did the community embrace me, but my kids as well. My children never lack in support at LS, and that’s the fastest way to win a mom over! In addition to the family we’ve gained, the coaches, and programming are top notch. I’ve been to a few CrossFit gyms, both stateside, and overseas. I always compare them to LS. None have measured up yet. In the words of my oldest son who has taken up the sport, with my two younger kids to follow....”we live to die another day.” That sums up the work ethic, discipline, workouts, and drive found at Lone Star CrossFit, and it’s family.
