Fantastic experience: I love the atmosphere here, the trainers are awesome, very professional always about helping me achieve my goals,i love the actual kosher gym and other members using the studio.

Fantastic experience: Dropped in since I needed to get my lifting in one Sunday and this gym was a wonderful surprise! Not only was the gym super clean and the equipment well kept but the people and the coaches were knowledgeable and welcoming! 10/10 will recommend to a friend!

Fantastic experience: Clean and orderly facility. Members are friendly and staff accommodating. I enjoyed a few classes here. I’m not the most aerobic of people but I survived and having competition definitely makes it more fun.

Fantastic experience: So excited to see a CrossFit gym open up in my area! They have such a great facility with plenty of room for large classes. The coaches are very knowledgeable & the programming even includes performance care to make sure you don't get injured while you're getting stronger! I love that I can purchase a snack and recovery drink, even protein shakes, right at the front desk. They even have stretching/mobility classes upstairs!
