Fantastic experience: In from out of town but I wish I had a gym like this in my own town. Great management that made me feel welcome with the class as well as a great experience trying out a boxing class. Would definitely do again.

Fantastic experience: In town for the weekend and found this gem located in Highland. Great gym with up to date and very clean equipment. Owner and all employees are very nice and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who lives in the area or is just passing through.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training here for a while to help improve my athletic performance for football and I can’t express enough how great this gym is. When looking for a gym I look for a family oriented environment where everyone pushes one another and communicates on a first name basis. If you’re looking for a team training environment and a great place to workout then alphas is the place to be!

Fantastic experience: Great 24 hour gym in Highland. My boyfriend and I were here visiting his family and used the gym all week during our trip. We were given the door code for easy 24 hour access. Great, casual environment and excellent equipment. I am an NPC figure competitor preparing for my next bodybuilding show; Alphas has everything I needed for a great workout. Tons of dumbbells, multiple squat racks, and multiple cable machines, even some niche machines you don’t see commonly. The gym was never overly crowded and we never had a lack of space. I forgot my water bottle one day, and luckily they had cold water available for $1 in the fridge. We will definitely come back on future visits.
