Fantastic experience: I have to tell everyone what a beautiful soul the owner, Greg, is. I am the poster child for letting oneself go. I called Greg 2 days ago and told him of my dire weight situation and how I had shamefully taken for granted my health. I have gotten older and fat. And I mean FAT. I would be a perfect candidate for The Biggest Loser. Very embarrassing. He was so gracious and encouraging. I decided to come in for a personal training session, even knowing that I would be one big disaster. Not once did I ever feel humiliated. Greg was beyond gracious, kind, encouraging, and inspiring. He is your answer to making that change. To taking that first step. Believe me, I had entertained excuses because I'm embarrassingly large. I was so nervous walking in to his gym. But, instantaneously, he made me feel welcome, warmly welcome. And what a trainer he is. Very patient, but very clear on goals. Kind, but persuasive. I am so excited to begin this journey of health at this no-frills, honest gym. I challenge everyone to see me in one year, after Greg has transformed my bad habits into health again. I challenge you to challenge yourself. I am so grateful I walked in those doors and made this commitment. It was scary, indeed, but Greg has been so reassuring that all doubts are gone. He said I could do this and I will. Come check this place out. You will be glad you did. I'm just sorry I didn't see it sooner. It's way more motivating than the Y because Greg is there. He truly cares about his people. That's so evident right away. I am a massive undertaking in more ways than one and Greg is confident that he can help. And from my very first day today, I believe wholeheartedly that is true. Come on out. The family will embrace you with love and no judgment .
