Fantastic experience: This is a 24 hour gym. They have a variety of equipment to use and you can play basketball. We really like this gym and will continue with our membership.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out at your own place. Concentrating mostly around crossfit, you won't find all the machines that you do at other gyms. But they put up daily workout routines and the staff and owners are always willing to jump in to help out or give advice.

Fantastic experience: HIIT classes, kickboxing, open gym with personal trainers available at all fitness levels. I hadn't exercised in a very long time and started classes 1 month ago. Wow! I can already feel and see a difference. Fellow class members and coaches or so encouraging and supportive.
