Fantastic experience: I've been a member at SFCF since September after moving here from the east coast. Can't say enough amazing things about this gym, its absolutely wonderful. I've been to ~10 Crossfit gyms around the country, this is the best one by far. The owners Mike and Trevor are wonderful people who care deeply about every members personal success, and cater to every members strengths and weaknesses. The programming is super solid, always different, challenging, and fun! They have a TON of convenient class times throughout the day and weekends. The facility is always clean and organized, and the equipment is in excellent shape. All of the other members are super encouraging, friendly, and great people. The best part, though, is the coaching. Coaching can make or break a gym, and is the most important factor to me. Here you will find the most attentive, encouraging coaches I've encountered. They are engaged in every class and members progress, always making sure the movements are done properly, safely, and providing feedback to constantly improve. There are many other gyms whose coaches to me seemed bored and disengaged, which is not motivating or safe. Mike and Trevor are the best, I've tried a couple other crossfit gyms in the Southwest Las Vegas area, none compare. This is absolutely the best gym in the area and I'm proud to be a member there.
