Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a few classes while I was in town visiting. Great facility, clean and always love open garage door feel! Coaches and members especially were very welcoming. Especially appreciated the easy to navigate website with online sign up even for drop ins! I’ll definitely make this my “home” gym when I’m back in Helena.

Fantastic experience: I stopped in to give it a try and see if it was for me and I ended up loving it! Everyone is very professional and I feel as if they truly care about how I feel. If I'm having trouble they help me. Best place I've ever worked out.

Fantastic experience: This is a GREAT CrossFit facility! My wife and I visited Helena for about a month and they were kind enough to allow us to join for those few weeks. It's a notably clean facility, good programming, great coaching, and very friendly members. Will definitley drop in again if we find ourselves in Helena.

Fantastic experience: I've loved my experience so far at 7DCF! I almost can't believe how quickly I've gotten back into shape all the while having a blast doing it. The coaches are very experienced, knowledgeable and professional! The location, facility and equipment are top notch, clean and well cared for. It's a great community and I'm excited to get back to the gym tomorrow!
