Fantastic experience: RHO makes a tough workout FUN! I felt like a regular on day one. The coaches, owner, and other members make me feel super welcome and are all super fun. And it’s not just rowing, it’s a full body workout and I love that I don’t have to go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I have never liked going to gyms… but Rho is different. I always feel welcome, and I always get a great workout! The coaches really motivate you, but I also feel comfortable taking it at my own pace when I need to.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the staff and the general community. The coaches and fellow students were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and supportive. There was just the right balance between the coaches pushing me to keep going on my first day but also letting me rest when my body was angry with me. I really liked that there was a focus on form over intensity for me being somewhat inexperienced on a rower. I liked the move at your own pace but also push yourself while you are here mentality. The exercises were all scalable which was very helpful for me being an out of shape newcomer. I can tell that I can make the workout work for me at my beginner level but I can also tell that there is a ton of room to grow and make the workouts harder and harder as I gain experience and get in better shape. 10/10 would recommend! Can't wait for my next class!

Fantastic experience: Not only is the workout excellent, but the commitment to building an inclusive and supportive community is what sets RHO apart from other fitness centers. Each crew member is of value. I have been excited to go since I began 2 years ago! Best investment in myself I could have ever made!!
