F45 Training Hamburg

Fantastic experience: F45 Hamburg has changed my life for the better. I came to the studio because I was looking for a more challenging workout routine than what I was getting at my previous gym. The workouts were everything I wanted and more. The whole experience even inspired me to take the leap and get certified as a personal trainer. Each of the trainers encourage and inspire their clients. The community is also so strong, so loving and so much fun! If you’re thinking about checking F45 Hamburg, do it! It will be worth it.

Fantastic experience: Life changing! Ive belonged to a lot of gyms over the years and this gym is like no other. Hands down my favorite part of this workout is the fact that I don’t have to plan it out. I used to struggle making up my own circuits and interval training. Now, just show up ready to work and watch the results happen! Whether you’re a beginner or a professional athlete, you’ll be shocked at how challenging, yet capable all the workouts are. The workouts are constantly changing so you’ll never get bored and always see the results. The F45 family is a community like no other. The positive attitude, and encouragement from trainers and members is incredibly motivational. You’ll be amazed at how much you can do in just 45 minutes. I look forward to each and every class. Give it a week and you’ll see what I’m talking about! If you’re looking for something different, something that actually works, something that has changed many lives, then you’ve found your place.

Fantastic experience: As someone who used to dread going to the gym, F45 is quite literally the best work out I’ve ever done (and i enjoy it!). Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new workout. High intensity, great music, so much fun. The atmosphere is welcoming and makes me want to come back each day. Amid a global pandemic the F45 Hamburg studio has been nothing short of amazing. All the trainers have done everything in their power to keep the clients engaged from zoom workouts, to socially distanced outdoor workouts and now incredible socially distanced, safe and sanitary indoor workouts. Not only are the trainers terrific but the other clients truly care for, encourage and respect each other. I am so thankful to be part of the F45 Hamburg community. I feel incredibly safe and am confident the owner and trainers are providing the safest and cleanest environment possible for us.

Fantastic experience: Cannot say enough about Hamburg F45. I love how the workouts are different every day. The trainers are all awesome and challenge you each workout. Everyone is super nice and welcoming. Highly recommend if you are thinking of joining a gym but don't want to create your own programming! You won't regret it.

Brian of F45 Hamburg creates a welcoming and comfortable workout environment, along with knowledgeable coaches who will adjust to personal needs. You will walk out feeling more confident and connected to the community after every workout!
