Viking Power Fitness

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Viking for a over three months, with small break due to covid. When I arrived I couldn’t even do a lunge with my right knee, after a terrible triad injury two years prior. I was unable to do the things I loved, I never recovered from my injury. I could do all my hobbies outdoors, I was depressed and didn’t feel strong. My trainer, Ed, has made me strong, I have worked on every part of my fitness, I feel significantly better a day women in my 30s. I can do lunges and go backpacking without pain or worry. I can paddleboard again. I love the atmosphere, it’s like a family. Never too crowded, always personal. Ed also does MAT which has made me improve functionally, and I am improving on my overall body mechanics. I would highly recommend this gym. They are worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: Upon relocating to the Denver area, I did a ton of research on the local fitness and Pilates studios. I asked friends and relatives in the area, read reviews, visited in person, and used the MindBodyOnline application. After making my rounds, I fell in love with Viking Power Fitness. The energy and passion that each of the instructors possess, along with the amazing environment of the fitness and Pilates studio, led me to join this family of health advocates. The clientele is amazingly loyal and the employees are beyond welcoming. Viking Power Fitness treats their clients and employees with an amazing amount of respect.
