Derek and his coaches are amazing, friendly, are are invested in helping you achieve your goals no matter how big or small. After having weight loss surgery, I lost a lot of muscle tone and strength but since joining HHW, I have notice a big difference my strength and body tone. Highly recommend HHW!!!
