CrossFit^® SciCoh

Fantastic experience: I started working out with the staff over 8 years ago when I was in the worst shape of my life. I lost over 40 pounds in the first year, and the workouts have allowed me to keep all that weight off. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This gym is awesome. After spending lockdown on solo runs and bike rides, I was looking to get back into a group workout in a safe environment. CrossFit SciCoh is a great community with super effective workouts that are somehow both punishing and fun. The coaches are very knowledgable, supportive, and welcoming. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to get strong, have fun, and meet some new people from the neighboring South Shore area.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit SciCoh is just fantastic. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and make the classes super fun. You will always leave class exhausted in the best way possible. The SciCoh community is just as amazing. Can’t say enough great things about this box. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I spent this past week in Cohasset and got to work out at CrossFit SciCoh several times. What a fantastic CrossFit box!! The coaches were friendly and welcoming, as were the other members, and the environment was just FUN. Great (and scalable!) workouts, great coaching, newer equipment - everything you’d expect from a top-notch CrossFit box. This place will definitely be my “go to” when I visit family in the area. As someone who travels a lot and has seen a lot of CrossFit boxes of varying levels of quality, I can genuinely say that this place is the real deal and deliver on your CrossFit expectations!

Fantastic experience: My girlfriend and I dropped in here while on vacation. Do yourself a favor and check out this gym. The owner was extremely welcoming along with the coaches and all the members. They did a great job breaking down movements into easily executable pieces when coaching and were very motivating throughout the workout. I highly recommend this gym.
