Fantastic experience: I can't even put into words how much this gym has done for me! I never lifted weights before I started here, and I have learned so much! It is a great variety of cardio and strength training. Every work out is different and the time goes by so fast. It has helped me physically and mentally. Everyone is welcome! You will not regret giving it a try!

Fantastic experience: When I started at CrossFit I.F. I wanted to get in better shape and lose weight. My expectations were met and then some. I have never felt or looked better. Before coming to this place I was someone who used the cardio machines at big box gyms never really interacting with anyone, just putting my earbuds in and tuning into the tv screen for my 30 minutes of cardio torture and bordem. This place is the exact opposite of that. You walk into a box that is full of positive energy and friendly, helpful members. The coaches are top notch and there to get you to your goals no matter what is in your way. They are knowledgable and encouraging. Be ready to work hard, but have fun while doing it. Every day there is variety in the workouts and the members signed up for that session. I love that it never gets old or repetitive here. The hardest part is stepping out of your comfort zone and trying something brand new. I promise you will be welcomed with open arms, minds, and hearts. No one is too old, too young, or too out of shape to be here.

Fantastic experience: Joining this box is, by far, one of the best decisions I've ever made. The coaches and members are fantastic. Workouts vary every day, available 6 days a week. The amount of support and encouragement from everyone is unmatched. It is like another family. I have never regretted the decision to join this group!

Fantastic experience: Before finding Sandra and Inspiring Fitness I had NEVER worked out in my life! To say this place is life changing is an understatement. Sandra has done nothing but encourage and show me how to become the best me possible. Inspiring Fitness has been the greatest investment in myself -ever. With Sandra's help, I've lost 80 pounds and am so much stronger. I've gone from a 4 minute work out, to completing a Spartan, many 5K's and a 10K this year. The work outs are fantastic, ever-changing, and never boring. The group is always encouraging and supportive. No doubt, IF is family.
