The risk with Cross Fit is excess that leads to injury. Nick makes sure boundaries are met with prescribed weights and resistance to ensure maximum benefit and intensity. First class operation.

Fantastic experience: Friendly little box that so happened to be a short walk from my AirBNB when I was staying in the area. Caught my eye driving by because they were doing outdoor workouts and I had a good time along with a good sweat. Friendly clientele and attentive coaching which is exactly what one should look for when dropping in.

Fantastic experience: I dropped in here while in the area for my son's hockey tournament. The facility was the nicest I had visited and I received a great workout. My coach (Nate) had very good advice to help me and the WOD was tough and rewarding. If you're dropping in, the online registration was super easy and recommended. If you live in the area already you should definitely join up as you're lucky enough to have a top notch facility nearby.
