Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Kinetix if you’re looking for a great place to work out in a top-notch facility. Chad and Melissa, along with the rest of the Kinetix community, have created a supportive and motivating environment. Their group classes are always fun and challenging. I feel like I receive a lot of individual attention throughout classes from the coaches – whether getting feedback about my form while performing a movement, have a question, or need some encouragement to push myself outside of my comfort zone. There are a bunch of things that really set Kinetix apart from other gyms that I’ve been to in the area, including: personalized experience for each member (the 1:1 check-ins with a coach to set goals, etc. are incredibly helpful), thoughtful programming, awesome community of members, and friendly / knowledgeable coaches that genuinely care about your overall well-being. I think it speaks volumes that there are many members who have stayed with Melissa and Chad for several years as they’ve moved locations and rebranded from CF Boomtown to Kinetix. It’s fun working out with some of the same people that I worked out with several years ago at Boomtown! (It's also a huge plus that they’re located next door to Joe Bean if you’re looking for some high-quality coffee to power you through the rest of your day).

Fantastic experience: Kinetix is awesome community. There are plenty of classes for all fitness levels and schedules.The workouts are very well planned out. The coaches are all incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. It is the cleanest gym I have ever been to. If you are looking for a great place to workout this is it.

Fantastic experience: I was bored and lazy doing the standard movements at my area gym, so I decided to take a leap of faith and jump into strength training about 1.5 years ago. The group classes have been extremely motivating as I have continued to get stronger and more mobile. The coaches at KINETIX are knowledgeable, fun and most of all SAFE! As a healthcare provider, keeping my body safe and healthy is my number one priority. The members are all encouraging, friendly and fun. The atmosphere at KINETIX really does make me want to go to the gym numerous times per week. Whether you are looking for a change, more structured work outs or some new friends...KINETIX Strength & Wellness is the place for you!

Fantastic experience: As I get older I think it's important, and I find it invigorating and rewarding, to continue transforming, learning and growing. Kinetix is one place where I do it. The center provides an opportunity for a wide range of physical training and corresponding mental training and discipline. Nutrition and healthy lifestyle advise are also provided. The owners are there much of the time, work out there and attend some of the classes. The coaches are knowledgeable and the facility is fully equipped. The environment is welcoming, friendly, supportive and encouraging. I am very satisfied with the progress I've made and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Cannot say enough about Kinetix. Wonderful, engaging and knowledgeable staff who truly care about your health and well being. This goes beyond just fitness. They will take time to make sure your diet is appropriate for your goals, that you are resting well and you are mentally staying on track. The gym space is very well equipped and they have a great common area to interact with other members. I have been with this team for over 6 years and have developed relationships with many others in this little community. Strongly encourage people to come check it out.
