The Shop Crossfit

Fantastic experience: Dropped in today and was blown away! The facility is extremely well equipped, so many bikes, rowing machines, bars of all sizes, racks for miles…. one of the best equipped facilities I’ve seen! And the coaches were on point: organized, knowledgeable, and friendly. Will be back next week!

Fantastic experience: The Shop CrossFit is an awesome box. The owners/coaches know their stuff and accommodate all abilities. The facility is BEAUTIFUL and always clean!! Plenty of equipment and space for all class sizes. Shawn and Bethany (owners) are super friendly and encouraging, making sure you have put in all your effort while being safe and effective. If you have t tried CrossFit before, this is the place to start. Just need to get yourself through the door, they’ll handle the rest. PS they also have healthy refreshments for purchase after your workout and bonus, plenty of parking!

Fantastic experience: The staff and members are so welcoming and true to the CrossFit community. I love the equipment options and mix of the WOD! If you are thinking of going, stop thinking and just go in. You won't be sorry.

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing fitness facility with top notch people. The equipment is all new and clean and the space is large enough for folks to spread out for work outs. What I love most about The Shop is the community spirit. The coaches and other athletes carry zero judgement and every athlete, regardless of physical shape, is encouraged to do their best. This is a place I really enjoy!

Fantastic experience: A wonderfully welcoming and fun environment for folks of all fitness levels. The owners are down to earth amazing people who have created not just a space for fitness but has created a family and lifelong friendships! I cannot recommend The Shop more.
