Fantastic experience: Needed a new gym after moving to the area so I decided to try a class at USA. (First class was free) Starting at a new gym without knowing anyone can be a bit nerve-wracking, but everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. Been there a few months and I can't recommend USA more! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and the workouts are always challenging and fun!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Knowledgeable staff and fun workouts! I have MS (multiple sclerosis) and after just one month my doctors couldn’t believe how much I had improved with mobility, balance, and strength. My doctor even made the comment that upon examination it doesn’t present like I have MS. I can’t thank the team enough for giving me the tools and instruction to better myself.
