Fantastic experience: I've been doing Pilates for many years, and this is probably the BEST studio I've ever been to. It's challenging and true to how Joseph Pilates wanted the exercises, breathing, and flow to be (at least to the best of my knowledge, it is). It's definitely an A-plus workout! Highly recommend. Will return anytime I'm up this way.

Fantastic experience: The classes and private lessons, always leave me feeling like I challenged my body, built strength and I feel encouraged in areas that my body is weak in. - Beautiful and peaceful environment! Highly recommend taking a class from either instructor!
