OC Fast-Twitch

Fantastic experience: Even though I live in LA, the drive down to Fast Twitch a couple times a week is well worth it! As a pro beach volleyball player, I have been given the help I need to feel stronger and move faster on the court. The trainers are knowledgeable and helpful and always able to tweak workouts to suit any injuries or competition schedules. I love that my workouts are made for me and that when I come to work out, I can put my full effort into the workout and not have to think about what exercise I want to do next. Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience at FastTwitch. The trainers are incredibly helpful and friendly, and I received a lot of good tips on my form that made my lifts stronger and more effective. The workout regimens are flexible and I felt that both my physique and strength were improved alot by my time at FastTwitch.

Fantastic experience: I have a son in 8th grade who is not competing for a starting position in any sport and whose objective was simply to get stronger and learn how to lift weights with good mechanics. Josh and his team did a fantastic job with those goals in mind. My son’s physical strength and muscle composition has impressively improved from before entering OC Fast-Twitch 6-months ago to now. Josh and his team created a great environment that helped foster an enthusiasm for my son to want to continue exercise as a lifestyle.
