Fantastic experience: Love this place, the music, the workouts, the staff and members are fantastic. Its the best 45 minute full body workout you can get. You will feel the burn, you will get drenched in sweat. The workouts are different every day, you will get addicted!!! I myself have done two workouts in one day, usually back to back. The coaches, manager Brad and the members are family, its a very special bond. The studio is ultra clean and super safe . Coaches Dayan, Emma and Bobby are wonderful, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I am obsessed!!! They are the best! Trainers are super intuitive, kind, and instructing. Feels like a personal training session everyday I go! Been going the past two years 5-7 times a week and I still feel sore and challenged every class without fail. The trainers help me with form, technique, and are so motivating when I feel like taking it easy-push me to work hard! A smile and "how are you" or "good morning" is without a doubt always the case when I walk in. All the other F45ers are super friendly, have made some great workout buddies and friends from F45 who I can count on for accountability, motivation, and friends to hangout with outside of the gym too! The socials are the best! So much fun and meet people who go to other class times at them too. I would have literally zero strength if it was not for this place. I feel so strong, confident, awake, energized, and healthy after going to F45 Corkscrew every morning! Thank you so much for everything!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve done a few F45 classes in other cities but this one was hands down my favourite. High ceilings, great ventilation and definitely the best instructors I’ve had. Dayna and Kiara were both amazing and made the workout fun! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. Edit: also want to give a shout-out to the owners and Logan for being amazing! If you are in the area, this place is a must for a workout.
