Fantastic experience: Growing up, I never enjoyed exercise. It was my least favorite thing to do. Since I joined Warrior CrossFit I finally started to truly enjoy the experience of breaking a sweat and getting a good pump. Thank you for inspiring me and teaching me to enjoy exercise!

Fantastic experience: Just over 2 years of joining this gym and I can honestly say it was one of the better choices I’ve ever made. I was nervous as heck to start, but glad I did. Have made some great friends, gotten great results, and turned my physical and mental health into a priority. It’s crazy what an hour a day can do for someone. Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Warrior CrossFit Muscatine for exactly two years today. Reflecting back on my fitness in the past, these last two years have been my best. Not only am I more fit than I ever have been in 41 years but I am also the happiest with how I have reached this level of fitness. The facility, the members and the coaches serve as the regional benchmark all others compare themselves to. This isn’t your typical Mainsite CrossFit programming; Coach Kyle programs purposeful, goal-oriented workouts that are challenging but also fun to perform.
