Fantastic experience: Dropped in twice this year while visiting family for a week and really felt right at home. Everyone is welcoming and the staff is great. Jess coached while I was visiting on both occasions she helped familiarize me with everything and did a great job coaching each class! Thanks CrossFit Kendal for making me feel at home.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely one of the best crossfit affiliates in Miami. Their team is dedicated and knowledgeable. They have cultivated a great community of happy sweaty people. Since my first day the community has been nothing but supportive and encouraging. I could not be happier with my experience. If you are a seasoned pro or first timer this is a great gym to join.
