South Florida CrossFit^® Endurance

Fantastic experience: They have the best coaching and programming around. In addition to the daily WODs, they offer extra classes like; swimming, running, weightlifting, gymnastics, competitive groups and nutrition guidance. There is something for everyone. If you want to “get more out of CrossFit” you can and you will. The coaches are qualified, friendly and motivating. The community feels more like extended family. I fell in love w/ CrossFit at this box and it's because of the environment and people. This is the best box around and if your new to CrossFit, you have to give it a try.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for 3 years and I love this gym. Great equipment, great atmosphere and welcoming to all people of all levels of exercise expertise. Plus, the same people stay around. There is not much turn around except for the growth in numbers. I highly recommend SF Crossfit.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for 2 years. The work outs are top notch. What really separates South Florida CrossFit from the other gyms in the area are the Owners. Tom and Fernando have created an extension of our family. Members of the gym regularly hang out and workout together. And unlike many other gyms in the area, South Florida CrossFit is air conditioned. Air conditioning keeps the equipment from rusting. For all of these reasons, I highly recommend South Florida CrossFit.

Fantastic experience: One of the best Crossfit gyms I've every been to. From the trainers, to the gym itself, everything is perfect. Good bars, good floors (you can drop KBs!), ample space, etc. Everything is neat, in its place, and clean. I love doing WOD's in this gym when Im in town. Awesome job, SFCF!
