Fantastic experience: I have been attending this gym for the last 5 months and it has been an amazing experience. I've lost 25lbs and feel great. Vidal, Jorge and all of the coaches have been amazing and will help you every step of the way from the workouts to the nutrition. Also everyone in the gym does make you feel like family and pushes one another to be your best. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is thinking about getting in better shape and feeling good.

Fantastic experience: Ever since I’ve attended this gym the staff and all members have been very attentive and supportive. This place is like a family. Everyone wants what’s best for you and your health and they will not sugar coat it. This gym is all about working hard and attacking your life situation head on. Fantastic experience: I have attended CrossFit Kingdom since May 2019. I am forever grateful for all the coaches, especially Vidal’s and Jorge’s, guidance as I have never done this type of workout before. These past six months I have lost a total of 20 pounds through proper nutrition and CrossFit at least five times a week. I have noticed inches lost, strength gained, and pushing my limits every time I go. Consistency is key! This facility is not only clean but the level expertise by the coaches at this gym just blows you away. All the coaches work with you and keep you motivated throughout the workout. We including members and staff are like family. everyone is extremely friendly and make you feel welcomed each step of the way.
