Fantastic experience: R6 is a very welcoming community! All the people and coaches are very charismatic and make the experience 10x better. The coaches are very knowledgeable and always give you their undivided attention. They also have a monthly newsletter that updates you on the monthly programming, events, birthdays, etc. which is nice! Not to mention, if you check in more than 16 times a month, you get entered into a raffle to win a $100 gift card of your choice! Come join our R6 community if you want in on the fun!

Fantastic experience: R6 Crossfit is absolutely AWESOME! It’s so much fun and so rewarding. The owners and coaches have invested a lot to ensure the clients receive quality instruction. The coaches are very skilled and pay attention to detail. The community aspect is really strong, post workout brunches are not uncommon. No matter your skill level or experience, I strongly recommend you give it a try and see for yourself.
