Fantastic experience: CrossFit Valley View has a welcoming and supportive environment! The coaches and instructors go above and beyond to help cue proper form and movement patterns. I highly recommend CFVV to those interested in comprehensive exercise programming. If you feel uninspired, or like you are cherry-picking the exercises you like to do, come to CFVV for a great intentional workout.
