Very supportive CrossFit family, awesome coaches that take the time to help you reach your goals, and you will see amazing results being able to accomplish things you may never dreamed of. It can be intimidating to start, but CrossFit is intended to be accessible to everyone and can be modified to meet you at the level you are at coming here. Take advantage of the free trial classes and you will wish you started earlier! ;)
