BCX offers a magnitude of opportunities to achieve success in areas of both strength fitness and health/nutrition. While there is a healthy competitive vibe among members, the focus & agenda consistently circles back to support one's own personal growth development, without judgement. Fantastic experience: I love popping in when I'm in town. The coaches are supportive and really meet me where I'm at. Melissa has really made this gym a little gem in Sanpete. 10/10 would highly recommend. Will return often.
