Fantastic experience: I was in town for a few days and looking to still get my workouts in with my schedule. This is the perfect gym to drop in. Everyone is very welcoming, and classes challenging. The gym is well maintained, with all the equipment you need for unconventional fitness work. Whenever I’m in town, I’ll be stopping by.

Fantastic experience: Mark is an exceptional trainer and hands down the best. He’s is very motivating with a passion to help people reach their fitness goals. The classes consist of high intensity strength and conditioning. An added bonus is the people there are very supportive, encouraging and with great diversity. Since I’ve been going to Torch Fitness for the last 9 months and I have never seen my body transformed as much as it has. I’m glad I chose to try something new.
