Fantastic experience: New name is uncommon . The U on the sign is represented by the horn of a rhino. It's mainly a Cross fit gym but has a section dedicated for free weights, squats, benches, hack squat, deadlift etc. I really enjoy working out here. This section has the raw feel of an old school power house gym. The co-owner Tray has an amazing personality and is a wealth of knowledge.

Fantastic experience: Tried crossfit during a free week and I was so impressed by the coaching. I felt comfortable and felt like I knew I was doing it right, and I was a good sore the next day. Everyone is friendly and good looking. If I lived closer, I would of signed up, but I'm glad they offered a chance to check the place out. Oh, and they have boxing which was something I was real intrigued by.
