Fantastic experience: very clean, great work out atmosphere

Positive experience: I have never been to the gym so I cannot say that this will be a fair assessment, however I see all of the dedication by member running outside of the building all of the time. There is definitely motivation coming from that place and I admire it. Soon I made Venture off and try that gym but for now I'd love to give it 4 out of 5 stars because of the motivation in the high output of people I see in and out of there. I'd give it five stars except for the location and hours. I tried to come and get info but the gates were locked and I'm not too sure what time they opened because there was no sign with business info.

Fantastic experience: Out of town dropped in for open gym to do my at home WOD. Super cool staff, no charge for the drop in and all the equipment you need. Highly recommended, great place to get your sweat on. ????

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming and helpful! Susie scaled my workout perfect for my fitness level my first time there. I felt welcomed and like I could keep up with the group.

Fantastic experience: Faith, family, and fitness. This Box is truly what every CrossFit gym should strive to be. No drama, just good friends and families working out and socializing in a safe, welcoming setting. There are a ridiculous number of low-quality Boxes in San Diego County. This isn't one of them. If you were hesitate to try CrossFit in the past and live in Poway, Ramona or Julian, this is the Box for you. Check the website for class times and class offerings and see what it means to REALLY enjoy going to the gym everyday. You won't be sorry! :)
