Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! It's group HIIT training, they call boot camp. The owners Jason and Stephanie are really great! They are so upbeat a d bubbly. They are very interactive with you and will improve your form if necessary. I'm a bodybuilder and tried this on a whim, and now I look forward to the class! My muscle endurance increases and I lean out really well! You pay for 6 or 12 weeks at a time. Technically, it cycles every 6 weeks but none of the 6 weeks is the same. They are always changing, keeping it very interesting and challenging! Try the 6 weeks you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym around Bryan county. These people truly care for there clients. You are definitely treated like family.
