Great coaches, great equipment, always a positive atmosphere, always understanding of your skill level, while giving you the extra push and confidence in yourself to try just a little bit more. Great members, child care, workshops, protein products on display to easily purchase, an app to keep track of progress... this gym has it all. Art and catie, koodos to you. Fantastic experience: Visiting from Las Vegas and dropped in twice here with my sister this week. This gym is amazing. It's enormous, super clean, has a huge selection of equipment and great coaching. I seriously wish I could take it home with me!

Fantastic experience: I've never had a better experience at any gym, EVER. I came into crossfit with some weight lifting experience, but the coaches took it to the next level. One of my favorite things about this place is the "Fundamentals" classes you take the first couple of weeks. The owner really takes the time to not only show but explain the proper form and the reasons behind the various mechanics. Great Coaches, Great Equipment, and Great Community!
