Fantastic experience: I 100% recommend this gym! I was visiting from out of state and didn't want to stop my routine going into my fourth week of crossfit, so I looked for gyms in the area. I'm so glad I came here. Everyone was really friendly and coaching was on point with emphasis on technique and proper form. If I lived within driving distance I would join for sure. The 5am crew was a great group to work out with and I'm looking forward to going back when I visit NC next summer. If you're on the fence go check them out- you'll be glad you did!

Fantastic experience: Looking for an all-inclusive inviting environment, that is also a no-judgemental zone? This is the place for you! Every level of athleticism is encouraged and the coaches are amazing at helping scale any workout, but push you at the same time. I highly recommend Crossfit Lillington for your next athletic adventure!

Fantastic experience: I have been going heavy since January with little to no crossfit experience. The owner is amazing, the coaches are super helpful and the is no judgment, only growth. I love this place and will be in it for the long haul.

Fantastic experience: I joined CrossFit Lillington four months ago with no previous experience. The coaches and other gym members have been so amazing and welcoming, especially with helping me get started, and always pushing me to do my best. Now CrossFit is by far my favorite part of my day. Best garage gym ever!
