Fantastic experience: This is a hidden gem of a gym. The owner/coach, Jake, is very knowledgeable and will not ask you to do movements that you're not ready for... whether due to physical limitations, previous injury, or experience. He'll always give options to keep people safe, but still give a good workout. He will push when he knows you can handle more than what you're doing. The memberships are grest people and are like an extended family. Well worth it.

Fantastic experience: I have tried a few CrossFit's during my venture of getting in form, some of them good some of them OK. by far this has been one of the best experience i have not from the CrossFit perspective but dealing with any instructional and local service altogether. every class feels like its design and dedicated for you, if getting in shape is your goal this place is the closes to having your private coach at your very own gym. you will feel comfortable and every class will feel like an accomplishment. its a great place to meet great people that will give you a welcoming feeling right from the first class. if you're in this area this is the best crossfit money can buy, but the feeling of accomplishment and dedication this places offers is priceless enjoy.
