Fantastic experience: Had an awesome workout during a free drop-in while visiting family in Alexandria. I learned a new workout to improve my max squat weight and the family, friendly atmosphere in this crossfit community was incredible. We will go here again our next time in town.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing. The Owners/Coaches are very attentive and well versed in the fitness game. The athletes that make up the membership base are all extremely friendly and supportive. The gym is clean, and there is more than enough space and equipment to accommodate all that participant in the organized classes. All these things combined make CrossFit Allectus a five star gym, and they are only getting better.
