Fantastic experience: Flambeaux is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been too! Their knowledge and expertise give you the support and tools you need to reach your goals. Whether your goal includes just getting back into the gym, entering a CrossFit competition, or running a half marathon, they will make you feel welcomed! They have created an atmosphere that is open and supportive of all no matter the fitness level. The coaches at Flambeaux are some of the best in the business! Dillon has created one of the most premier nutrition consultation programs. He is extremely knowledge and offers programs tailored to each person. He is available almost instantly for questions and connects you with a community to help, support, guide, and encourage one another. Regardless of your nutritional goals, you will find success with Dillon's programming. Defiantly worth checking out!

Fantastic experience: Hesitant to try CrossFit? Don’t be Hesitant to improve eating habits? Don’t be Why? Because if you want to try both, you will do so in a most supportive environment. Dillon, Missy (and Travis!) will push yet encourage you to meet and exceed your personal goals. And if you don’t, get back up and try again. Fantastic experience: I became a member at Flambeaux around mid-November. In my many years of using gyms - this is the first that I feel I truly belong. The coaches are lovely, the patrons are wonderful, and everyone comes in just trying to be the better version of themselves. There is truly no competition or scary gym vibe here. Good equipment, nice and clean, and a cozy little space. I utilize the open gym multiple times a week and am always pleased with how much space I have. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Flambeaux is my home. The coaches and members are my family. I joined Flambeaux to help me become a better Soldier for the Army National Guard, and I’ve far exceeded those expectations. Not only am I better Soldier, I’m a better wife, a better friend, but I am a better SELF. Dillon and Missy have helped me achieve things I never thought was possible. Flambeaux stands out from any other box I’ve been to because members are supportive and accepting. 10/10 highly recommend!!
