Fantastic experience: I absolutely love going to OPF. Gino is an amazing Personal Trainer! He motivates and encourages you to push yourself to meet and exceed your goals! The classes are great too!! I would highly recommend OPF!! Jake and Gino are so great! We have an amazing group of people and all support and encourage each other ????????????????

Fantastic experience: OPF trainers are fantastic; they are goal orientated, fun and so welcoming! Gino is excellent to work with; flexible, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. I’ve been training with him for over 6 months and have had tremendous results. He does a great job of balancing my personal goals while at the same time keeping me focused and motivated. I highly recommend Gino's personal training and small group fitness classes for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness levels.

Fantastic experience: Gino is very thorough when explaining our workouts and shows us a variety of different techniques. He also is very patient and makes sure everyone is doing their workouts correctly before moving forward. He makes sure we push ourselves to the best of our ability and I look forward to coming in to workout and don't see it as a bother.

Fantastic experience: I came into this workout facility hoping to see an increase in my strength, speed, and health, and I feel like I have definitely seen all of those happen here! I loved how much one on one attention I was able to get because it really helped bring the focus to technique and getting stronger the right way. I also wanted to come here because I like to be pushed when I am working out, and as a collegiate volleyball player, I definitely had the intensity I was looking for in a personal trainer! I would definitely recommend Optimal Performance Fitness to anyone looking to increase their game in any sport or just their health in general!

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin?! I started working out with Jake a few years ago. Before that, I only really ran and did cardio. Training with Jake was life changing for my fitness journey. I always believed I was physically weak, and couldn’t be a person who lifted weights. Jake taught me so many different strength training and weight lifting exercises, and made me less intimidated to do them. Through personal training with him, and then a boot camp class with him, I actually noticed muscle definition for the first time in my life, as well as feeling physically and mentally strong. He has completely changed the way I feel about my body and look at exercising now. I can honestly say I would not be as confident in the gym as I am not without working with Jake. Beyond that, he is so easygoing, kind, sincere and makes working out fun. If you train with him, you will not be disappointed!
