Its an atmosphere that provides quality training, education, fitness, and nutrition to anyone who walks through that door with all the value you can handle. Group and personal training is great, nutrition is on point to help you achieve your weight-loss goals or just trying to learn how to eat for a better lifestyle. Fantastic experience: After trying many of the local gym/workout centers I came to CrossFitPace Patriot Pride. I try one class and that was it! I knew I would come in everyday and have a workout different then the last. It is always challenging me to be the best version of myself and to push to reach my goals. I started to have a mental break but it turned into so much more. I am stronger then I ever have been. Not only that the coaches are amazing and the people are family. Best box ! Fantastic experience: My teenage son does CrossFit classes here and LOVES it. Ms. Mica is his coach and she had him doing exercises I've never seen before. Here is learning a lot about core strength and endurance. Highly recommended gym!
